Donna’s mission is to empower women to develop the skills and confidence to advocate for their wellbeing. She supports healing and resilience using evidence-based tools and techniques, and leads by example in prioritizing self-care, self-compassion, and self-reflection.

Donna holds hourlong 1-on-1 psychotherapy sessions through her virtual office for clients who live in Ontario, Canada. 

Women who work with Donna can book appointments around their schedule, and attend counselling sessions from wherever they choose.
