How Online Trauma-Focused Therapy Works

Once you meet with Donna and become a client, you can schedule online psychotherapy sessions around your availability. 

Donna will help you to determine the best session frequency and approach to healing based on your specific situation. 

Donna is registered to work with residents of Ontario, Canada and uses trauma-focused CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing) techniques, among other widely-used therapeutic practices for healing trauma.
